Job Description:
- Sales associates strive to meet daily, weekly and monthly vehicle sales quotas
- Sales associates assist customers by demonstrating how to operate a vehicle, providing test drives and identifying costs associated with the purchase
- Sales associates are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards
Requirements:
- Two years of Retail or Outside Sales experience required
- Automotive Sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivator with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Must have proven track record of success, job-hoppers need not apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen
- Professional appearance required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
