What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crossroads Front of House position at Crossroads Bar and Grill?

- Bartending Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and inventory management.
- Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Anticipate and address customer needs and preferences to ensure a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ice Cream Parlor Duties
- taking ice cream orders
- fulfilling orders accurately and in a timely manner
- accurately handle money/counting change
- answering phone calls
- scheduling appointments/bookings
- accurately managing the scheduling software
- being kind to guests, and helping them with all of their needs
- must be fun and energetic
- being good with kids as we get a lot in the summer
- accurately set up games on the golf simulator
- taking apart the pitching machines reassembling for softball or baseball
- keeping up with cleaning when there is downtime
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
