Crossroads Care Center of Pewaukee is currently looking to add dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) professionals to our team who possess a compassionate attitude, with a dependable and strong work ethic. (NEW CNA’S ENCOURAGED TO APPLY)
Position Overview :
Working under the direct supervision of a nurse, our highly dedicated CNA’s provide direct care to patients in our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Crossroads Care Center CNA, you will be playing a vital role in our residents’ lives by ensuring the highest quality of care is received to ensure the best possible healing, and health is achieved.
Shift times are
06 : 15 AM to 2 : 15 PM
2 : 15 PM to 10 : 15 pm $2.00 Shift differential
Qualifications :
Must have a CNA certification within good standing with the state of Wisconsin
Attention to detail
Demonstrate cooperative team approach throughout the company and their work
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Job Duties :
Assist residents with daily activities; bathing, dressing, eating, etc
Monitor health- report health concerns to the nurse of duty
Assessing and assisting with patient needs
Answer call lights within a timely manner
Documenting cares provided in a timely manner
Provide companionship
Ambulating and transferring residents per care plan
Other job duties as assigned
