Patient Care Advocate

Crossroads Chiropractic is looking to grow our team to help support even more families in our community!

As a pediatric, prenatal, & family-focused practice, enjoying time around kids and families is a must. This is not a punch-the-clock, go through the motions, 9-5 job. We are looking for someone who wants to love what they do and can bring energy every day!

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required.

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position (i.e. moving to a full-time position as we grow) and the desire to continue to grow with our practice. The successful candidate will also have a passion for natural healthcare, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable with basic computer and technology functions.

The responsibilities with patient care include office flow, scheduling, and creating positive patient experiences. Check out more information about what our practice is all about on our Instagram, Facebook, and website.

The hours for this part-time position can range from 15-30 hours/week and will vary slightly due to the weekly office schedule variations. The schedule will follow the hours the office is open: Monday (7:30-11:00, 3-6:00), Tuesday (3:00-6:00), Wednesday (7:30-11:00, 3:00-6:00) Thursday (7:30-11:00, 2:30-5:30), and Friday (7:30-10:00).

Hourly pay ranges from $18-22/hr. Compensation is based on performance and overall practice growth.
