JOB TITLE : Marketing & Design Producer
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Status : Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary
The Marketing & Design Producer works to understand, oversee, organize and help set priorities for the Marketing and Design teams within the Crossroads Studio. They also work and manage the resources to get that work done. This includes helping to manage project timelines and organization in our project management tool (ASANA) for team cohesion. Part of this role also includes understanding and leading in the adoption of new tools and processes. This role also includes some Studio-wide logistics along with project tracking & management of specific Push / 10x initiatives.
Job Specific Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the overall goals and priorities of the Marketing and Design teams.
- Oversee team activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration between Marketing and Design teams for cohesive project execution.
- Help with select Studio-wide logistics including but not limited to ordering meals, meeting setup, team prayer facilitation.
- Assist in project tracking and management of specific Push / 10x initiatives.
- Organize and manage project timelines using ASANA or other project management tools.
- Ensure all projects are on track by maintaining clear communication and updates with stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or conflicts in project schedules.
- Lead the training and onboarding of team members in using new tools or updated processes.
- Continuously evaluate and refine workflows for better team performance.
- Monitor and respond to intake requests from across the Crossroads organization via the Studio intake form.
- Prioritize and schedule kick-off meetings and appropriate team check-ins.
- Lead team standup meetings.
- Depending on experience, assist with Marketing & Design budget including monthly reconciliation, forecasting, and management.
- Monitor capacity of designers and marketing team and adjust accordingly.
