JOB SUMMARYThe Content and Experience Lead executes ReachOut events/experiences and produces storytelling assets focused on local and global ReachOut efforts. This role produces creative experiences, film and photography, and marketing assets.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create immersive environments in which God’s truth and presence can transform people.
- Participate in creating key events at sites supporting Crossroads’ overall mission, vision, and goals.
- Project manages key events at sites, assisting stakeholders in discovering objectives and employing execution.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure technical elements of experience are understood and ready to execute.
- Effectively communicate mission by providing context & story around experience objective & audience.
- Plan and oversee all ReachOut-related videos and storytelling (podcasts, articles, etc.).
- Including Local and Trips-related projects.
- Will serve as ReachOut representative for all filming trips/projects related to
Local and Trips content.
- Responsible for ReachOut social media accounts and respective studio collaboration.
- Partner with Local and Trips teams to support projects through collaborative and creative approaches.
- Create new, innovative initiatives that support Local and Trips teams.
- Oversee Local and Trip Ambassador programs.
- Responsible for ReachOut volunteer care and support.
- Carry out additional tasks and assignments as needed.
- Secure travel details for international filming trips, including flights, lodging, food, and necessary documentation such as visas and passports.
- Coordinate with partners on international trips to develop a schedule that aligns with both filming needs and partner priorities.
- Serve as a fixer for international filming trips, assisting the Director in identifying locations and subjects that align with storytelling objectives.
- Research and ensure compliance with necessary permits and regulations for international travel and filming.
- Act as a key communicator between partners, video producers, and the director to ensure alignment on vision, logistics, and time management on filming trips and local video shoots.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
In office (Cincinnati) Mondays through Fridays.
Ability to travel locally and nationally, as well as internationally 5-10 times per year.
