Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team with the day-to-day administration of insurance policies and related items for clients.
- Service small to medium market accounts for property and casualty lines of coverage.
- Customize commercial insurance programs to suit individual / business customers.
- Explain coverage to prospects / clients.
- Process renewals and new business including checking policies, ordering / processing endorsements and invoicing.
- Customer service via phone, fax, e-mail, and walk-in.
- Will work with multiple insurance carriers and underwriters.
