We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and any general inquiries about the company
- Greet clients and guests as they enter the office
- Schedule appointments as directed
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Assist in paying bills and filing invoices
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail
- Run office errands as needed
- Complete any other administrative tasks as directed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2-3 years of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have the ability to be productive unsupervised
