We are looking for an Website Content and SEO Coordinator to keep our site up to date with all current products for sale and play a role in the optimization and effectiveness of our website . This role is responsible for accurately entering and managing product information for all equipment parts in our online store. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, experience with data entry, a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain product listings in the e-commerce system, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, specifications, and inventory.
- Research and verify product details, including compatibility with heavy equipment models.
- Upload and manage product images, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Categorize products correctly for an optimized shopping experience.
- Work closely with the inventory and sales teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in improving product descriptions, SEO optimization, and metadata for search engine visibility.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing information.
- Maintain data integrity by following company guidelines and quality control processes.
- Assist with periodic audits of product listings and inventory reconciliation.
- Support other e-commerce and administrative tasks as needed.
