Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure timely scheduling, and manage resources.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and manage oncology staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Patient Care Coordination: Ensure coordination between oncologists, surgeons, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care.
- Financial Oversight: Manage department budget, track expenses, and handle billing processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and oncology care standards.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor patient outcomes, implement process improvements, and maintain high care standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
