We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) to provide clinical supervision across home, school, and center-based settings throughout MetroWest Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to lead and mentor staff while making a lasting impact on individuals with autism.

We provide individualized services across home, school, and center-based environments throughout MetroWest Massachusetts, ensuring meaningful progress for each client.
About the Role
The behavior analyst is responsible for supervising behavior therapists (BTs) and ensuring that client progress is systematically assessed and optimized. This role involves overseeing individualized education programs, insurance treatment plans, and behavior support plans while collaborating with families, educators, and medical teams to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of staff and clients.
- Maintain BCBA certification and LABA.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee implementation.
- Regularly analyze data to enhance clinical programming.
- Train families and staff in ABA principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with school teams, medical providers, and other professionals.
- Supervise BTs and staff pursuing behavior analytic credentials.
- Provide performance feedback and maintain thorough documentation.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, including appointment documentation.
- Participate in weekly clinical review meetings and Team meetings.
- Manage schedules and ensure required clinical hours are met.
- Uphold ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Adhere to Crossroads Continuum policies and seek support from leadership as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
