We’re seeking a Direct Care Substitute to provide support for individuals with autism across different age groups.
In this dynamic role, you will work with children, adolescents, and adults, implementing treatment plans, supporting social and skill development, and ensuring high-quality services.

Requirements:
- Must be able to pass all required background screenings (CORI and DDS CORI, Fingerprinting, DDPC).
- High school diploma required; relevant experience or education preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience with ABA, special education, or direct care is a plus.
- Strong adaptability and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, 51 pounds with the assistance of another person or with adaptive and specialized equipment
- Ability to physically assist individuals as determined by their needs
- Crisis Prevention/Intervention Training will be provided.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
