Summary: Kitchen professional and team player able to clean wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment. Overseeing the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of the kitchen.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Station Inventory: Keep daily track of cleaning supply levels and dishwashing machine maintenance needs.
· Sanitary Management: Rinse, clean, sanitize and dry all dishes and equipment for the restaurant. Attend to cleanliness of walls, floors, and dish station. Re-stocking of all dishes to expo window as well as individual stations. Taking initiative to help avoid workplace accidents by providing a clean production environment.
· Customer Service: Ensure customers are receiving excellent service and product amongst yourself and staff by completing tasks in a safe and timely manner.
· Work as a team: Pitch in where the Kante Group team needs support.
