What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Crossroads Courier?
Crossroads Courier is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The purpose of this role is to provide superior customer service whilst supporting our courier drivers in order to help facilitate the on-time delivery of all items to our customers using all resources available.

Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:

Answers phones, routes calls, and inputs orders

Fielding customer emails, inputting orders, responding to or routing emails

Provides logistical and operational support to contractors

Delivers excellent customer service to all internal and external customers

Communicates to scheduled service customers who have backup drivers assigned to routes
- Completes regularly scheduled reports as needed
Pay:

$20-22/hr
- Biweekly
Qualifications:
-
High School or Equivalent
-
At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise

High attention to detail

Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment

Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day

Thrives in fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
