What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Support Representative position at Crossroads Courier?
Crossroads Courier is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dispatch Representative to join our team! In this role, you will support our courier drivers on the road, ensuring the on-time delivery of all items to our customers using all available resources.
Schedule:

Saturday through Wednesday
- 9am to 6pm
Pay:
-
$21-23/hr
- Biweekly pay
Key Responsibilities:

Provide logistical and operational support to contractors.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Assist with dispatching jobs to independent contractors.

Verify order deliveries.

Perform miscellaneous office tasks including filing, data entry, report composition, and special projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in assigned tasks.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Ability to give clear, concise instructions both in writing and verbally.

Capable of making decisions in high-stress environments.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize competing demands throughout the day.

Ability to perform light warehouse duties as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
