- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company hardware, including PCs, networking equipment, and software.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency across departments.
- Spearhead the procurement and deployment of new tech solutions, aligning them with business objectives.
- Manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Safeguard company data by ensuring robust backup systems and cybersecurity protocols are in place.
- Work closely with various teams, ensuring smooth interdepartmental collaboration and supporting tech-related tasks as needed.
- Develop and enforce company-wide IT policies and procedures to maintain consistency and security.
- Participate in strategic planning to align IT initiatives with long-term business objectives.
- Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience is welcome.
- 5 years in IT management or related roles, with a proven ability to manage technology vendors.
- Experience in Windows OS, hardware management, and M365 administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Experience managing cybersecurity protocols and business continuity strategies.
