Crossroads Courier is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team!
In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our courier drivers to ensure timely deliveries to our customers. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics and operational processes, utilizing all available resources to enhance our service quality. #ZR
Schedule & Pay
- Saturday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm
- $21-23/hr, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and input orders efficiently.
- Manage customer emails by inputting orders, responding, and routing messages as necessary.
- Provide logistical and operational support to our courier contractors.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with scheduled service customers about backup drivers assigned to their routes.
- Prepare and complete regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
