This position is responsible for conducting professionally in all Crossroads interactions. Provide an efficient, orderly process in maintaining paper and electronic filing of documents, procedures, policies, etc. Maintaining confidentiality of all survivors and agency business at all times and contributing to the organization and program’s innovations, enhancements, and initiatives.

Reports To
This position reports to Crossroads Court & Safe Exchange Director.
Working Conditions
This position will have contact with survivors who are experiencing trauma and crisis situations both past and present. You may periodically be exposed to cleaning and paint chemicals and be required to lift office supplies or donated items up to 25 pounds.
Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate team player to join our agency as a part-time Case Manager. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in supporting families affected by domestic violence. This position operates at the Safe Exchange Center assisting survivors and their children by facilitating custody exchanges and necessary communication between both parties while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for the families we serve. This position provides additional assistance to survivors by providing domestic violence education, ongoing safety planning, and more. This position is also responsible for community development and collaborations, program outcome management, and assisting with collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for the oversight of Crossroads Safe Exchange Program services.
· Facilitate and assist with safe custody exchanges between parties, ensuring safety and adherence to program guidelines.
· Conduct intakes and assessments with new clients, gathering relevant information to ensure program eligibility and needs.
· Provide and oversee services and client interactions according to the Trauma-Informed Care Approach
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment
· Complete and maintain accurate documentation of services provided, including intake forms, case notes, and client data
· Provide resources and referrals to meet client needs, including legal, safety, and financial assistance.
· Monitor and de-escalate potential conflicts during custody exchanges, using trauma-informed care techniques.
· Collaborate with community partners to enhance client access to additional support services.
· Assist with donations and facility organization as needed
· Answer the crisis hotline and respond to HelpChat as necessary.
· Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.
· Assist in community awareness and fundraising events, serving on community meetings and collaborations as requested.
· Uphold Crossroads policies and procedures as well as the Code of Professional Ethics for Victim Service Providers
· Perform any other related duties assigned by the Program Director in order to promote and ensure the effective and efficient operation of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience in advocacy
- Strong organization, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a diverse population
- Knowledge of domestic violence and trauma informed care preferred
