We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Manager to join our agency's clinical leadership team. Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the field team and improve the patient experience.

Collaborate with the Scheduler and Office Admin to address the needs of patients and field team members.
Actively participate in the agency's clinical leadership team as a solutions-oriented leader.
Create and nurture a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in patient care.
Qualifications :
Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of California.
Previous experience in a home health setting, with at least one year of management or supervisory experience.
Proven ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve high performance.
Strong emotional intelligence and a level-headed approach to management.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
