Assistant Clinical Director (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 2 years of nursing experience with previous nurse leadership experience required
- Hospice, home health, or related environments experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead an interdisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Oversee assessment, evaluation, and documentation of patient and family needs.
- Manage the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program, including audits, reporting, and compliance.
- Ensure Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) staffing meets company ratio requirements per census.
- Maintain patient records and agency reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
