The Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse is the face of Crossroads Hospice within the community. The self-motivated nurse initiates, builds, and maintains relationships with organizations, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Being a hospice registered nurse goes beyond administering medical care; it's about exceeding expectations to honor their wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- 2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience
- An active unencumbered state RN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
- Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative Care
- Strong understanding of a hospital environment
- Interest in Marketing
- Strong relationships within the community
Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse Schedule & Benefits:
