Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of prior skilled LPN experience preferred
- Hospice or Home Health preferred
- An active unencumbered state LPN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
- Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
- Must have a reliable car for transportation
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
