Registered Nurse - RN Admissions Qualifications:
- Associates, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Nursing accepted
- 1 years of experience as a nurse in acute care, critical care, home health and/or hospice
- Be able to support the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact with patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care.
- An active, unencumbered state RN license
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
- Must have a reliable car for transportation
Registered Nurse - RN Admissions Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM and Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- No mandatory on-call required
