Registered Nurse RN Case Manager Qualifications:
- 6 months minimum prior skilled nursing experience.
- An active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
- Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
Registered Nurse RN Case Manager Benefits & Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- No mandatory on-call.
