Registered Nurse Case Managers deliver direct care to patients in their homes, whether it's at home or in a care facility. RN Case Manager Qualifications:
- 6 months minimum prior skilled nursing experience.
- An active unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
- Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
RN Case Manager Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- No mandatory on-call required.
