Volunteer Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in health, social work, or related field required.
- Licensed Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), preferred.
- Work as an independent team leader to develop and maintain a strategic plan in order to meet all volunteer needs of the assigned 120-150 patient caseload.
- Possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
- Ability to set and achieve monthly recruitment goals with the Executive Director to plan, implement and document ongoing volunteer recruitment, retention, and program development efficiently.
Volunteer Manager Schedule & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
