Registered Nurse Hospice Case Manager Qualifications:
- 6 months minimum prior skilled nursing experience
- An active unencumbered state Registered Nurselicense
- Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
- Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities
Registered Nurse Hospice Case Manager Benefits & Schedule:
