Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing information on various makes, models, features, and financing options.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the unique features and benefits of different vehicles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, including pricing, financing options, and trade-in values, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, models, and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals successfully.
  • Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with financing options and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing an outstanding buying experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
