Die Cutter Assitant

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Die Cutting Assistant to support our production team. In this role, you will work hands-on with die cutting machinery—handling tasks from initial setup through quality control and maintenance—to ensure a smooth production process. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining high-quality outputs while keeping the work environment organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Preparation & Operation:

  • Assist with the setup and preparation of die cutting equipment, including loading materials and verifying product part numbers.

  • Support the operation of die cutting machines during production runs.

• Quality Control & Documentation:

  • Perform regular quality checks to confirm that products meet all specified standards.

  • Accurately document production orders and related data.

• Maintenance & Cleanliness:

  • Help maintain a clean work area, ensuring equipment and tooling are tidy during idle times.

  • Participate in routine machine maintenance tasks, including thorough cleaning during scheduled downtimes.

• Team Collaboration & Flexibility:

  • Work closely with team members to ensure cohesive operations and a positive work environment.

  • Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Teamwork & Adaptability:

  • Demonstrated willingness to take on additional responsibilities during peak periods.

• Technical & Manual Skills:

  • Proficient with hands-on tasks involving machinery and tooling.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and extra hours when necessary.
