What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician position at Crossroads Manufacturing Co.?
3rd shift (11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM, Sunday - Thursday)
Additional $2.50 / hr premium 7PM-7AM
This role will provide electrical and mechanical support. The role requires a team-oriented individual with strong technical skills, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to take on various tasks, from leading projects to assisting with clean-up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical / electronic and mechanical components in the manufacturing process
- Follow plant and process safety rules, safe operating methods, and housekeeping standards
- Troubleshoot and replace HMIs, VFDs, and control circuits
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose issues with production equipment
- Work with temperature, pressure, flow, and PID control systems
- Utilize machine tools (lathes, mills, drill presses) and assist with welding, sheet metal fabrication, and pipe fitting
- Communicate repairs and actions to operators and management
- Operate forklifts and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs)
