2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, including a $2.50 shift differential)
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring all industrial machinery and systems operate at peak efficiency through expert troubleshooting, repairs, and proactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Machinery Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and repair a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to restore them to optimal operating conditions.
Perform both preventative and unscheduled maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Equipment Maintenance:
Service CNC machines, punch presses, and spot-welding equipment.
Rebuild or repair assemblies as needed, ensuring equipment performance aligns with operational standards.
Conduct comprehensive failure analyses to diagnose recurring issues and implement corrective solutions.
Preventative & Predictive Programs:
Develop and implement scheduled maintenance programs that boost equipment uptime.
Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance procedures, repair work, and spare parts inventory.
Project & Communication Support:
Collaborate with engineering teams, production leads, and vendors to discuss and resolve technical issues.
Manage project-related tasks and document any changes to process or equipment specifications.
Qualifications
Educational & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience is essential.
Proven ability to fabricate, weld, or machine parts as needed.
Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities, with hands-on experience in power transmission, fluid power, and pneumatics.
Proficiency with measuring instruments such as torque wrenches, micrometers, Vernier calipers, and dial indicators.
Ability to perform detailed calculations for equipment setups and adjustments.
Familiarity with industrial automation systems and electrical systems (120/208/240/480 Voltage).

Shift Differential & Bonuses:
