Maintenance Mechanic

Locations : Fridley, MN | Maple Grove, MN | St. Paul, MN

Shifts : 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (varies by location)

Starting Pay : $31.50 / hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plant system failures and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment (training provided).
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety procedures , including lockout / tagout.
• Install new equipment within scope of knowledge.
• Work with boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls .
• Assist in campus security and HVAC system management .
• Manage external contractor bids and services .
