What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic position at Crossroads Manufacturing Co.?
Locations : Fridley, MN | Maple Grove, MN | St. Paul, MN
Shifts : 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (varies by location)
Starting Pay : $31.50 / hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose plant system failures and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other heavy equipment (training provided).
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety procedures , including lockout / tagout.
- Install new equipment within scope of knowledge.
- Work with boilers, chillers, compressors, and process controls .
- Assist in campus security and HVAC system management .
- Manage external contractor bids and services .
