Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Schedule :

  • Monday - Thursday nights
  • Friday - Sunday days
  • Friday - Sunday nights

Job Responsibilities :

  • Safely operate heavy equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues in a manufacturing environment.
  • Work with CNC machine tools , including operation, maintenance, and rebuilding.
  • Perform alignments on manufacturing equipment using precision tools.
  • Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators , and other precision measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and build books .
  • Plan and execute projects, production maintenance, and preventative maintenance .
  • Work with 3-phase power, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (5 years of experience required).
  • Adhere to ISO, safety, and quality manufacturing standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems .
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems .
  • Experience working on preventative maintenance and production planning .
