Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Schedule :

Job Responsibilities :

Safely operate heavy equipment (overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.).

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues in a manufacturing environment.

Work with CNC machine tools , including operation, maintenance, and rebuilding.

Perform alignments on manufacturing equipment using precision tools.

Use micrometers, calipers, dial indicators , and other precision measuring instruments.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and build books .

Plan and execute projects, production maintenance, and preventative maintenance .

Work with 3-phase power, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (5 years of experience required).

Adhere to ISO, safety, and quality manufacturing standards.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required.

5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.

Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems .

Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems .

Experience working on preventative maintenance and production planning .
