Job Description

Responsibilities : - Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team

Ensure that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols
Train and develop production staff
Monitor performance and implement improvements as needed
Work closely with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure that production needs are met
Develop and maintain production schedules
Coordinate and prioritize production activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Qualifications : - Strong leadership skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

A degree or diploma in management, engineering, or a related field is a plus

Knowledge of production techniques and safety protocols

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies

Salary info : 30 - $35 / hr
