Lead Case Manager – Grand Island
Our Grand Island location is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill the position of Lead Case Manager. Make a difference in the lives of others – join our team! The responsibilities, skills, and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Provide orientation and training for each guest enrolled in the 4-Phase PRP Recovery and Long-Term Living Program
- Counsel current guests from a Christian perspective, empower them to affect needed change in their lives and encourage them to grow in their relationship with Christ
- Be on-call in case of emergencies involving guests
- Coordinate guest drug and alcohol testing as needed
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with local agencies and organizations.
- Provide oversight and instruction for staff working under your direction
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to diffuse conflict and always treat Crossroads’ guests with dignity and respect
- Bachelor of Social Work or Psychology preferred, or a minimum of one year experience in Social Work. Management experience required.
- Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to become certified
This full-time position pays $21.50 per hour DOE, and includes benefits.
