Duties
- Supervise kitchen activates, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
- Train individuals on food handling procedures, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with supervisor to develop menus that adhere to dietary guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of food storage areas and equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
Qualifications
· High School diploma or GED.
· Be able to perform physical requirements of the job.
· Be able to handle general clerical and instructional related duties.
