Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in a retail or food service environment. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Duties: - Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store or kitchen area - Prepare food items according to recipes and food safety guidelines - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation - Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and targets - Perform other duties as assigned Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Knowledge of food handling and culinary techniques is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Flexibility to work in various roles within the store or kitchen area Location: Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
