Shifts Available:
- Friday-Monday (4p-12a) PT
- Saturday-Sunday (4p-12a) PT
- Saturday-Sunday (8a-4p) PT
Youth Support Worker | Responsibilities:
- Providing direct care and support to up to five residents, including supervision, meal preparation and transportation to appointments and activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment for each resident.
- Collaborative with team members to ensure consistent and effective delivery of therapeutic care.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other career development activities.
- Maintain accurate and complete resident records, including progress notes and incident reports.

- A high school or high school equivalency diploma and one year of experience working with individuals with I/DD in a group setting; OR
- An associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field that is unrelated to social work or psychology and six months’ experience working with individuals with I/DD in a group setting; OR
- An associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology or a related field
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Physical & Drug Screening, Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Knowledge and understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by these individuals.
- Will be able to assist with daily living activities and implement behavior management strategies.
- Can remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrate patience and understanding.
