Summer Day Camp Staff
For over 15 years Easterseals Crossroads’ camps have provided fun and engaging summer camp experiences for campers with disabilities. We’re gearing up for the 2025 Summer Camp Season by hiring Camp FUEL, Camp MODE, and CampAbility staff.
You can be part of the fun this year in one of the following roles :
- CampAbility Camp Coordinator
- Camp FUEL Camp Coordinator
- Camp MODE Camp Coordinator
- CampAbility Classroom Lead Counselor
- Camp FUEL Assistant Lead Counselor
- CampAbility Classroom Assistant Counselor
- Camp MODE Assistant Counselor
Camp Counselor Summer Camp Schedule :
CampAbility (ages 4-10) : Warren Early Childhood Center, 1401 North Mitthoeffer Road, Indianapolis.
Camp FUEL (ages 11-17) : Indianapolis First Friends, 3030 Kessler Boulevard, Indianapolis.
Camp MODE (ages 11-17) : Easterseals Crossroads, 4740 Kingsway Drive, Indianapolis.
Camp staff responsibilities include :
High school degree or equivalent required. The ideal candidate will have a background in education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, psychology, a related field, or have previous
summer camp experience. Camp FUEL staff require a current valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle for transporting campers, which is a requirement of this position.

Starting Rate : $15 an hour, typically 30-35 hours a week
