Youth Program Worker
Crossroads Restorations Discipleship Center (CRDC) is seeking a Youth Worker to support the young men (ages 14-21) at CRDC. The Youth Program Worker provides supervision/mentorship to the youth at CRDC. The Youth Program Worker utilizes the established house program to assure a consistent environment for the youth in their care and maintains a positive, adult/youth relationship with each youth in the home. The position aids in daily living duties of the young males we have at CRDC as well as their work, recreation, and community. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about helping the young males we support.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or group home experience (preferred)
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have an valid driver’s license
- A minimum age of 21 years
- Complete mandatory 18 hours of onboarding training
- We need youth workers for weekends as well as weekdays!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
