Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in managing APQP systems, lean manufacturing, and six sigma techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in human resource systems, internet software, payroll systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
