What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Account Executive position at Crossroads Seamless USA?
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The Account Executive will be responsible for the growth of mechanical and pressure tubing sales within the Oil & Gas, Heavy Equipment, Firearms, Automotive and other large industrial market segments. Independent prospecting and selling activities within the industrial customer base either on a direct or through select distributors.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify and create plan to grow major OEM prospects with demands for the products we produce.
- Create high-value relationships with prospects through a demonstrated understanding of their business needs and potential solutions.
- Analyze the growth potential of current and target accounts and develop plans to maximize profitable sales for each.
- Schedule in person visits to target customer to learn their operations by walking floor and explaining our value proposition.
- Create high-value relationships with influential decision makers at our customers and prospects outside of the purchasing contact.
- Identify a minimum of 2 new qualified accounts per month.
- Maintain a 3/6/12 mo. pipeline.
- Meet an expected growth rate of X $$ per year from current and new customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pricing feedback.
- Other duties may be assigned
EXPECTATIONS*
- 25% of your time will be prospecting
- 40% of your time will be face-to-face with clients
- 20% Researching and understanding market trends and potential new applications
- 15% Networking and growing contact database
*Note: this position requires 50-75% travel
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of business-to-business selling experience, or a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in sales, business, engineering or technology.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
