What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1:1 Day Program DSP position at Crossroads Services Inc?
Crossroads Services, Inc. currently has an immediate opening for a 1:1 Direct Support Professional at our Day Program location.
Crossroads Services, Inc. provides a rewarding career for those interested in building relationships and taking care of others. The candidate also needs to work well in a group setting with other individuals with varying degrees of physical and intellectual disabilities. This position will require a highly motivated and person-centered individual. This position is Monday through Friday 7:45am -3:45 pm.
Skills Needed - Must be a creative problem solver, active, very energetic, caring, and be willing to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
The Direct Support Professional position requires you to have your High School Diploma/GED, and a valid PA Driver’s license.
All applicants must be approved to be insured through Crossroads auto insurance policy prior to employment.
Pre-employment physical, TB, drug screen and all criminal history background checks will be paid for by Crossroads Services, Inc.

$100 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
$250 sign on bonus after the completion of 6months of employment
$500 bonus after the completion of 1 year of employment
