Job Description
Under close supervision, the assembler performs operations to assemble electro-mechanical parts into assemblies using hand or power tools according to clearly defined work instructions. Fits and fastens specific parts of varying sizes to sub-assemblies of electrical or mechanical structures. Aligns, inserts fasteners, and tightens to assemble components. Work from drawings, work instructions, bill of materials, and occasionally verbal instructions. May prepare and maintain production and test records. Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. Prior exp in manufacturing or assembly. Knowledge of basic hand tools. Strong manual dexterity. Detail oriented. Skills Preferred
