We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated senior family law attorneylead counsel with 8 years of experience to handle your own assigned case load with two dedicated experienced family law paralegals to assist on all your cases. You will report to the managing partner.Qualified candidates should demonstrate the followingLicensed to practice law in California8 years of experience Will have extensive experience in California family law and divorce matters, especially handling complex financial issues, income characterization and occasionally some high net worth assetsDemonstrate good negotiation skills in managed cases to avoid unnecessary litigationAdept at preparing a case for hearings and trials and gathering the necessary evidenceSkilled at managing client expectations with a focus on client satisfactionMust be capable of managing and overseeing a heavy caseload 25-30 full-scope, 35-40 consulting-onlyAbility to adapt to handling a percentage of case load that is limited scopeconsulting-only as well as full-scopeShould demonstrate effective leadership with a proven record of working collaboratively with paralegals and support staffStrategize under pressure, communicate clearly with clients, and make ethical decisions in nuanced situationsAbility to operate comfortably in a high-tech, paperless environmentFirm offers a cutting-edge, multi Skills Required
Licensed to practice law in CA. 8 years exp family law and divorce matters exp handling complex financial issues and income characterization. Good negotiating skills with the ability to avoid unnecessary litigation. Must be located in California. Skills Preferred
Salary : $170,000 - $210,000
