We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as aMaintenance Worker for our Pueblo location.
All applicants must undergo pre-employment drug screening,
which includes testing for marijuana,as well as background checks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs minor and routine painting and other needed maintenance, including remodeling of facilities as required. Remodeling may include framing, drywall installation and repair, texturing, and finishing carpentry.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, vacuums units, hallways, stairs, offices, and restrooms regularly.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalks; mows lawns, trims hedges, removes weeds, rakes, and disposes of leaves, etc.
- Notifies supervisor of needed repairs, lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment additions.
- Coordinates with supervisor supply ordering and restocking.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience:
One year of experience providing maintenance services. Prefer additional experience with framing, drywall installation, and repair, texturing, and finish carpentry.
Other:
Valid driver's license and insurability.
Basic computer skills required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift and operate various types of maintenance equipment. Must be able to reach, bend stoop, push shovels, stand on ladders, etc. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed indoors and outside approximately 25% of duties are spent outdoors.
