- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Social Media Experience preferred.
