Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is a well-established, fast paced small animal practice located in Cortland, NY. We see primarily dogs and cats. The receptionist will be responsible for:
Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors
Answering phone calls, text messages, and emails
Scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
Educating client on maintaining healthy maintenance for their pets
Performing basic administrative tasks such as check in clients, taking payments, filing, faxing, answering phones, problem solving, supplies are stocked, keeping front desk area clean and safe
Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized
We are looking to fill one spot for Part Time Receptionist.
Our hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Education:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
We’re looking for:
Experienced veterinary receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience (preferred)
Compassionate and calm team player
Friendly and Outgoing personality
Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset
