Sales Clerk/Stocking/maintaining cleanliness

Duties All employees will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

· Warmly welcoming each customer and genuinely thanking them for shopping with us as they leave

· Answering guest questions and responding to their requests with a sense of urgency

* Follow all Tobacco and Alcohol service rules & regulations

· Working POS registers & Drive thru window

· Answering the phone

· Serving at the tasting bar

· General cleaning, including floors, tables, windows, doors, countertops and bathrooms.

· Helping with receiving of deliveries and re-stocking shelving

· Maintain sanitizing wipe downs hourly

· Assisting with inventory counting and displays re-organization A/N

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
