Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Family Services Coordinator. The Family Services Coordinator provides oversight in implementing family services which include the social services and parent involvement components in Head Start centers, as well as providing health support in compliance with the Head Start Performance Standards.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in social work or related field, required
- Minimum three (3) years experience working with low-income, culturally diverse families.
License:
- Must possess a valid Drivers License and maintain acceptable liability insurance.
Knowledge:
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter with proven ability to address challenges and work with a results-orientated team. Must be comfortable working in a project driven environment. Individuals must be able to clearly identify objectives and meet end goals. Ability to balance long-range vision with an appropriate attention to detail.
- Case management experience required including training, experience, and skills in assisting parents of young children in advocating and decision-making for their families
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Interest in working in an early childhood education program environment.
- Knowledge of an ability to comply with Head Start Performance Standards.
